DISTANCE SELLING AGREEMENT
1. PARTIES
This Agreement has entered into force upon electronic approval between the organizer İTO SEYAHAT ORGANİZASYONU LTD ŞTİ (hereinafter referred to as "Seller" or "Organizer"; Contact: tuncugurdag@me.com, 0532 212 8000) and the participant applying via the website (hereinafter referred to as "Buyer" or "Participant").
2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
The subject of this agreement is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the digital registration and fee payment for the photography competition on the Seller's website.
3. DELIVERY AND PERFORMANCE
The service is a digital participation right. Once the payment is successfully completed, the service is deemed performed and the registration is finalized.
4. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with local consumer protection regulations regarding distance contracts, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for "services performed instantly in the electronic environment or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer". Since the competition registration is processed and approved instantly, refunds or withdrawal claims cannot be made after payment.
